Cruise Ship Tour
Tuscany & Florence from Livorno Port

Your driver-guide will meet you at your ship. You will board your private van and reach Florence in about an hour. Along the way you will learn about the general history of Tuscany and its most interesting sites.

Once in Florence you will start your tour from one of its most spectacular hills. Here the church of San Miniato al Monte stands like a stunning guardian of the history and the art of the city. Just the perfect start! Of course the view over the city is also breathtaking.

After introducing the city from above, your guide will drive you downtown, to walk with you along the main streets and through the most beautiful squares.

The walking part of the tour will take about 2 hours and will feature all of the "postcard" highlights: the Duomo and its Baptistery, the church of Santa Croce (city Mausoleum), the Palazzo Vecchio and its elegant square Piazza Signoria, the oldest city bridge - Ponte Vecchio-, and the Piazza della Repubblica - the hub of the city -where the Romans started the foundation of Florentia. At the end of the guided tour, you will have some free time to enjoy shopping, and lunch. Your guide will be glad to give suggestions about the best food in town!

In the afternoon, leave Florence and head north to Pisa. This is a must-see for at least a picture of the world-famous "Leaning Tower" and the amazing art ensamble of the "Miracle Square". By boarding time you will be back to your ship in Livorno.
