There is a little of everything: golfing and cooking lessons, swimming on the Amalfi coast, guided visits to art cities like Siena and Assisi, cellar tours and wine tastings in the heart of Chianti, guided walks in Venice, underground archaeology tours in Rome....

Most of all, you will see a lot of people eating and drinking -- there is so much great wine and food in this country that it would be downright criminal not to build great restaurants, trattorias and wine tastings into the itineraries!
